Cancellation Policy
Clients must give a 2 day notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Clients will be considered a no-show and be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service if they are over 10 minutes late. This helps to ensure all clients receive the allotted time for their appointments. Please notify us at (816) 200-1115 as soon as possible if you think you are running behind.
***To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to be placed on file during your first visit. All clients who schedule online must pay a 50% deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits will be refunded if clients adhere to the cancellation policy."***
